Although this is a good time for you to make sure you immerse your physical body in a healthy workout program, so you have an outlet for all those frustrations you could be feeling now. You must take some extra caution, though, when it comes to avoiding injury. Repetitive stress could develop more easily than normal, unless your careful to vary your routine and stop when you reach the point of “ouch!” It’s hard to hide it when you just don’t feel right, so maybe it’s a good idea to simply put off your more rigorous activities for another day. Ask yourself what it is that’s discouraging you at the moment. If you’re feeling older than your years, it might be because you haven’t been taking care of yourself for some time. You’ll be surprised how fast you’ll snap back into shape – all you need to do is believe in yourself. Comparing yourself to other people, especially the young and nubile, won’t help you be realistic about your possibilities. Blaze your own, healthy trail.
