You’ll feel fantastic about the way you can move your body around now, as your nervous system seems to respond to an influence that tells you it’s possible to do anything you want. This can be wonderful, especially if you’re just starting out on a new kind of workout routine, or if you’re planning to get involved in something like a long-term gym membership. You have foresight and the ability to see how a plan can work out in the long run. Use this to create a strategy that helps you trim down and firm up. Whoa! Not so fast! You might think you can take on the world and then trample it like you’re Godzilla, but the fact remains you’re only human. If you feel a lot of aggressive energy building up inside you, the best thing you can do is carefully work it out physically. You could try running faster or for longer periods of time, or you might try something new that lets you directly strike targets with your body.
