You’re going to be very friendly and people are going to love you, and so you’ll feel good about yourself. You’ll meet a lot of new people and have opportunities to become involved in all sorts of new activities. Unfortunately, one of the things you’ll probably decide you just love will be eating. You will want “more” of everything; and while your appetite will increase, your metabolism may slow down. Try to remember this, and even if you only keep your weight at the status quo, try your best to avoid packing on the pounds. You can implement slow and steady changes into your life that cause a revolution without the first hint of an explosion. This could be the moment when that weird friend of yours, who suggests you try things such as a macrobiotic or raw diet, begins to make sense. You won’t take everything you hear at face value, which is a good thing – but you’ll be more willing to give things a try than usual. Taking a kundalini yoga class or trying chanting as a way to cool down could also figure into your plans.
