You’ll be able to use your understanding of your emotions to help you change some of your bad habits. If you need to cut down or quit your smoking or drinking, you won’t even question whether or not you want to. On top of that, you’ll be able to use powers you didn’t know you had in order to get in touch with your motivations and change your behavior. When you notice that you tend to “treat” yourself to rich foods when you feel lonely or tired, you’ll find new ways of dealing with these emotions before they undermine your efforts to get and stay fit. Things will turn around for you now, as long as you’re willing to put more work in on your workouts. If it feels as though you’ve been following a prescribed program with fewer results than you might have hoped for, all that can change now. You will want to learn more about your body and what it takes to get it into the shape you want to be in. It would benefit you to also be aware of your limitations. Setting your goals too high can lead to disappointment. Be realistic, but push yourself to reach your personal best. You deserve nothing less.
